Delivery inside the residence can be done via a private carrier for mainland France only (the delay may be longer). Hand delivery is possible at our warehouse located in Isère (38). You have a period of 14 days upon receipt of the item(s) to return the package(s) to us in good condition, in their original packaging (return costs at your expense). We will refund you upon receipt of the item(s). If, despite all the care we take in packaging our items, your item arrives damaged, you have the possibility of being reimbursed.
